Appointments will be verified by end of business day the day before the appointment.
If you schedule it Friday - Sunday, for the following Monday, they may not be verified until 9am the day of.
 

One Flatbed-Tow Truck/Truck and Trailer per appointment slot. If you are sending multiple drivers to pick up your units you must schedule them as separate appointments.

No person pushing/pulling INOPs off lot

We do not allow transporters to drive away with the units. They must be towed via trailer, autoloader, or flatbed.

If you request for us to load, then there will be a $25.00 charge per unit and will need to be paid at time of service.

​

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without notice, you will be charged $25 per vehicle.

​

If you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged $50 per vehicle.
